How does the mobile-money fee work?

We charge a percentage only when a customer pays by phone (Ebirr, Kaafi, Telebirr, CBE Birr, Awash Birr, or M-Pesa). Starter starts at 0%; paid plans bring it down — as low as 0% on the top tier. Cash and bank transfers do not take that fee.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New registrations get 14 days of Growth features, then continue on Starter free unless you pick a paid plan. No setup fee.

Do cash or bank sales cost anything?

What happens if I outgrow a plan?

Accepted Answer

Upgrade from Starter to Growth when you need more shops and staff, or to Scale for multi-branch reporting and ledger accounting included. Downgrades apply at period end; existing staff and shops are grandfathered if you would otherwise be over the new caps.

What is the ledger accounting add-on?

Accepted Answer

Growth shops can add double-entry books (chart of accounts, trial balance, balance sheet) for an extra monthly fee — typically a fraction of outsourced bookkeeping. Scale includes the ledger module. Contact us to activate.
