How does the mobile-money fee work?

We charge a percentage only when a customer pays by phone (Telebirr, Ebirr, Kaafi, CBE Birr, Awash Birr, and M-Pesa). The fee starts at 0%; higher plans bring it down — as low as 0% on the top tier. Cash and bank transfers do not take that fee.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New registrations get 7 days of Growth features free, with no card needed. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep selling — there is no free plan. No setup fee.

Do cash or bank sales cost anything?

What happens if I outgrow a plan?

Accepted Answer

Upgrade any time for more shops, more staff, and more modules. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period, and if you’d end up over the new plan’s limits, your existing staff and shops stay grandfathered so nothing breaks.

What is the ledger accounting add-on?

Accepted Answer

It adds a full set of double-entry books — chart of accounts, journal, trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet — on top of the sales and stock reports every plan already includes. It’s available as an add-on, or included on our top plan. Message us on WhatsApp to activate it.

Question 6

Can I pay once a year and save?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose yearly billing to pay for 12 months at once and get a discount on the monthly price. If you upgrade mid-year, the time you have not used is credited toward the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same days. Moving to a cheaper plan, or back to monthly, starts when your paid year ends.
